It is almost unheard of for a contracting company the size of Alamon to be in business for 50 years. So many things must work. Every successful business must employ reliable and committed people, constantly adapt with the times, and consistently maintain customer satisfaction.

It’s hard to believe that 50 years have passed since Frank and Peg Gebhardt’s new telecom contracting firm, Alamon Telco, Inc. first opened its doors in 1975. Let’s take a trip back a half century and see what else was happening that year in the news, sports, entertainment and pop culture.

Winter Meetings 2025

Alamon hosted its annual Winter Meetings in Kalispell, MT in February, bringing together managers and the new business development team for a week of collaboration, strategy, and team-building. This event provided an opportunity for colleagues to connect, share insights, and align on future marketing and sales initiatives while gaining a deeper understanding of each department’s capabilities and services. Outstanding employee owners from 2024 were also honored during the President’s Awards ceremony.
