50 Years – A Message from the President
Brad Cronk, President
It is almost unheard of for a contracting company the size of Alamon to be in business for 50 years. So many things must work. Every successful business must employ reliable and committed people, constantly adapt with the times, and consistently maintain customer satisfaction. Those are a few of the main components, but the list is endless.
Alamon is one of a rare number of companies that checks all the boxes and has not only survived, but has maintained everything necessary to continue being a force in the industries it operates. I want to express my gratitude and extend congratulations to each and every employee owner for all the efforts in making this Alamon’s reality.
As I think about this phenomenal achievement, I am reminded of the numerous exceptional employees, past and present, who have kept Alamon ‘on the map’ for decades. Hard work, talent, and dedication have been key components to Alamon’s successes.
From our humble beginnings to where we are today, we’ve faced challenges, celebrated successes, and built something truly special together. What started as a vision has become a lasting legacy—thanks to the incredible individuals who have brought passion, creativity, and resilience to their work, day in and day out.
While it’s important to honor the past, I’m even more excited about the future. We stand on a strong foundation, and with the same spirit that brought us here, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to the next chapter—and to continuing to grow, innovate, and succeed—together.
With deep appreciation,
Brad
