Strengthening Teams, Driving Growth
Alamon hosted its annual Winter Meetings in Kalispell, MT in February, bringing together managers and the new business development team for a week of collaboration, strategy, and team-building. This event provided an opportunity for colleagues to connect, share insights, and align on future marketing and sales initiatives while gaining a deeper understanding of each department’s capabilities and services.
Over three days, attendees participated in full-day conferences with breakout sessions designed to encourage brainstorming, idea-sharing, and innovation. These sessions fostered valuable discussions on strengthening Alamon’s market presence and enhancing cross-departmental collaboration.
Beyond the conference room, the team had the chance to build camaraderie through engaging evening activities. One night featured a lively mix of virtual golf, ping pong, cornhole, and foosball, bringing friendly competition and fun into the mix. Another evening was dedicated to department-specific dinners, allowing teams to strengthen relationships and deepen connections. The event culminated with the 2024 President’s Awards Banquet, celebrating outstanding contributions and achievements.

The week concluded with department-specific meetings at Alamon’s headquarters, where teams engaged with HQ personnel to discuss further support and collaboration moving forward. The 2025 Winter Meetings proved to be an invaluable opportunity for aligning goals, fostering teamwork, and setting the stage for another year of success at Alamon.
