Alamon’s July 2022 Employee of the Month is DeAndre Rice from Utility Services East.

DeAndre has proven himself to be a productive, knowledgeable employee. Over the past several months he has stepped up and demonstrated to leadership that he will become a great Project Manager. Recently promoted to Foreman, DeAndre is always positive, willing and eager to train people, and carries out tasks in the best interest of the contract and the ESOP.

DeAndre goes the extra mile to put quality and safety first but refuses to sacrifice production, putting in extra hours to help hit our goals. He treats our equipment with respect, and is a great example for others to follow in the field. He is a stand up guy with a bright future at Alamon.
