Alamon’s October 2022 Employee of the Month is Tristan Byron from Utility Services East.

Tristan started with us March of last year as an Inspector on the Avangrid Project. Right away he took on a leadership role, and showed a willingness to train others while maintaining and even exceeding production targets. As his position has evolved, he has played an enormous role recruiting, hiring and training. Tristan leads by example and is a tremendous asset to Utility Services East. He has consistently risen to the occasion and surpassed expectations all around, at all levels, in all roles.
