Since joining Alamon, we have seen significant improvements on every project George is involved in. He always steps in to help his teammates, and spends large amounts of time training field staff and providing valuable feedback to ensure everyone is up to speed and fully supported. George earns the respect of those he supervises by speaking his mind, providing clear direction, and always doing it in a respectful manner. George is equally respected by customers, who value his opinions and knowledge.
