Other Ways Marketing Supports Operations
- Training Media: The Marketing Team provides support by creating needed training resources. By working closely with your department and the Safety Team, training videos and other media can be created for specific training uses. These resources create efficiency by allowing field technicians to refer to training media instead of needing one-on-one guidance or phone support.
- Employee Recruiting: Given the importance of staffing in our industry, having a strong employee recruiting team is crucial. Our current HR/Recruiting Team is a tremendous asset to Alamon, and when needed, the Marketing Team adds an extra push when recruiting for hard-to-fill positions, or large numbers of new hires for a particular project.
Alamon’s Marketing Team provides media support to all departments. In addition to marketing video and social media content that targets customers, we can help increase your department’s efficiency by producing training videos.
