Alamon is pleased to recognize Debbie Tedford from ETS as our March 2023 Employee of the Month.

Dating way back to 2001, Telmon (now ETS) felt Debbie’s impact on their business long before they even knew who she was. Debbie didn’t work for Telmon at the time, but routinely assisted her husband Roy Tedford (a Telmon technician) with important paperwork behind the scenes, and was a big contributor to Roy’s success. Alamon Chief Marketing Officer Scott Harrison says, “we finally woke up and hired Debbie, and what a great decision that was.”

She started with Telmon as an admin, but today Debbie is a Project Manager for ETS and serves as a trusted partner to a lot of their best customers, including Liberty Mutual and Trulieve. She is always dependable, accurate and timely, and in Mr. Harrison’s opinion, “the true definition of a quality employee.”
